Shipping costs vary depending on the weight of the package and are free for orders over €79.

Shipping is fast because we rely on the best national and international express couriers (TNT and UPS) and safe because we use polystyrene packaging that guarantees the integrity and perfect preservation of the bottles.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday until 2:00 PM the same day.
After this time, orders will be processed the following day.
Delivery in Italy takes 24-48 business hours from receipt of payment*, except for islands and remote areas, which take 72 hours.
The customer will receive an email with the tracking code to track the package at any time.
If the packaging appears damaged or tampered with upon receipt, we recommend signing the receipt with "received with reservation," detailing the reason for the finding.
If the recipient is absent at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a notification and return the next business day. If the recipient is also absent, the courier will attempt to contact the recipient to schedule a new delivery date.
*If you have chosen bank transfer as your payment method, your order will be processed only after the payment has been received online.
Not at home and don't know where to send your package? No problem, you can choose one of the TNT points available nationwide. Contact our customer service for more information on where and when to pick up your package.
For purchases made from abroad, our trusted freight forwarder will handle all the necessary export procedures. Shipping costs will be paid directly to the freight forwarder and will be shown as a separate item that will be paid during checkout.
