The result of rigorous vinification in steel only, it presents itself in the glass with a straw yellow colour with brilliant greenish reflections and an intense bouquet that ranges from pink grapefruit and boxwood to delicate notes of lychee, thyme and white peach. On the palate it explodes with a vibrant, taut progression where a vibrant acidity blends with a dense mineral texture that lends depth and persistence to the sip. Its slender structure and great elegance make it the companion of choice for seafood crudités, first courses with vegetable sauces, sushi or white meat and goat's cheese preparations. Each glass offers a rhythmic and aristocratic drink, which takes its leave with a very long, citrusy and pleasantly savoury finish. This is a cult label for lovers of Sauvignon Blanc, interpreted with the usual sartorial finesse that distinguishes Castello della Sala wines.
