Produced from a blend of Passerina and Incrocio Bruni grapes, it has a brilliant straw yellow colour with greenish highlights. The nose offers an intense and fragrant bouquet, with notes of white fruit, peach, citrus and a hint of saltiness. On the palate it is fresh, savoury and very drinkable, with a pleasant persistence that invites the next sip. Ageing in stainless steel preserves its freshness and minerality. It is an ideal wine to accompany hors d'oeuvres and seafood first courses.
