Brilliant ruby red in colour, it offers intense aromas of red berries, cherries and hints of Mediterranean scrub on the nose. On the palate it is fresh, soft and juicy, characterised by impeccable balance and smooth tannins. Its vinification in steel only enhances its fragrance and drinkability. It is a versatile wine, perfect to accompany Sardinian cuisine, from hors d'oeuvres to main courses of meat, to medium-aged cheeses.
