Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal (pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005 art. 55), for distance contracts and contracts negotiated outside of commercial premises, is excluded in relation to:

• the supply of goods made to measure or clearly personalized;
• the supply of goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
• the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for hygiene or health protection reasons and have been opened after delivery;
• the supply of goods which, after delivery, are, by their nature, inseparably mixed with other goods;
• the supply of alcoholic beverages, the price of which was agreed upon at the time of conclusion of the sales contract, the delivery of which can only take place after thirty days and the actual value of which depends on market fluctuations that cannot be controlled by the trader;

Return and Refund Procedure

Once the Customer has decided to exercise the right of withdrawal, he/she must:

• send an email to info@enotecacipolladoro.it by filling out the downloadable form.
• wait for the confirmation email with the return instructions from the Seller.
• return the products in their original packaging, intact and unopened.

The customer is responsible for returning the goods, including liability for loss or damage to the products.
Severini Wines will refund the full amount paid by the customer, net of shipping costs. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the initial transaction.
